Cold Heading Steel Bar

Cold Heading Steel Bar is used to produce standard fasteners, bolts, screws, nuts etc. Our factory mainly produces high strength cold heading steel bars with steel grade ISO 898 garde 8.8 , grade 10.9, grade 12.9; ASTM F1554 Grade 55, Grade 105; ASTM A193 Grade B7, B16 etc. The used raw materials includes A105, S355JR, 41Cr4(5140, SCr440), C45( S45C, 1045), 42CrMo4(SCM440, 4140 etc), 34CrMo4(4135, SCM435) etc. The cold heading steel bar are produce by LF+ VD/RH + CC + Q&T which has high precision size, good surface quality, less gas content, high purity and stable mechanical properties. Dias are from 8mm to 100mm. Length is up to 12000mm.
